For PPO and Medicare, we need the order, progress notes and patient demos and insurance information. For HMO, your doctor should select Advanced Sleep Medicine Services and request authorization through your medical group. When we receive the referral, we contact you within 1-2 days. We ship our FDA-cleared device to your Long Beach home. You wear it for one or two nights (depending on the device) while sleeping normally and in the comfort of your own bed. One of our board-certified sleep physicians reviews the data and completes the report with diagnosis and and treatment recommendations. We send the completed report to your doctor, who will discuss the results and next steps with you.
